I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training, I’m also a Pilates instructor as well as a certified online trainer and in addition I’m a certified nutrition for health and performance coach and I’m a fully Qualified Boxercise Instructor.I’m accredited with CIMPSA, Fully insured and DBS checked
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort.
