I work with all age ranges and all abilities from Teen athlete's to weight loss and injury recovery, i also hold a qualification in menopause training and nutrition and I'm experienced with over 40's men's health issues including advice around the effects of low testosterone. I'm also very proud to have a 100% pass rate for military and emergency service fitness exams, I see everyday how everyone can be effected by fitness and mental health issues so I have also added to my long list of credentials a Mental Health Problems Awareness certification which sets me apart from most Personal Trainers in that I understand what and how to get the best from you and your training goals.
